It is planned to construct factories on the production of pasta products in Shcherbinovskiy District

The municipality offers investors to finance a project on the construction of a pasta factory.

The implementation of the investment project provides for the construction of a factory on the production of pasta products. As planned, the factory equipped with modern machinery, will release more than 500 items of pasta products. According to the forecasts, the annual volume of the products will make 1,140 tons. It is planned to merchandise pasta products to wholesale and retail trading enterprises in the Southern Federal District.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 50 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 25 new jobs.

A land plot of 49,415 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Staroshcherbinovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road to railway station of Staroshcherbinovskaya Cossack Village (4km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Krasnodar City – Yeisk City" is 0.5 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Staroshcherbinovskaya Cossack Village is 3 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar City is 223 km.
