Governor Veniamin Kondratyev attends opening ceremony of a multi-brand trade and service centre for Belarusian machinery in Ust-Labinsk

The facility was opened at the Kuban combine harvester factory. The event was also attended by Minister of Industry of the Republic of Belarus Andrei Kuznetsov, Deputy Governors of the Krasnodar Region Alexander Ruppel and Andrei Korobka, Minister of Industry of the Krasnodar Region Dmitry Khmelko, and factory’s CEO Svetlana Kondrasheva.

«I would like to express my gratitude to our Belarusian partners. Despite the challenging circumstances, we continue to develop our cooperation. Our farmers eagerly await the opening of the Belarusian Machinery Centre. It is noteworthy that 70% of the tractors and 10% of the combine harvesters currently in operation in the Krasnodar Region are of Belarusian manufacture. Previously, spare parts for these machines had to be ordered from Belarus. Repairing broken machinery was also a lengthy process. That's why creating this service centre, to keep tractors, combine harvesters, and mowing equipment in top condition, is the right decision. Swift repairs are vital to agribusiness operations. We are committed to establishing long-term, mutually beneficial relations with the Republic of Belarus. We must strengthen the region’s role as a pivotal guarantor of Russia's food security and continue advancing our high-tech agro-industrial complex,» said Veniamin Kondratyev.

«Over the next five years, the multi‑brand centre will undergo significant expansion, with the addition of a mechanical‑engineering centre and a centre for research, development, technology transfer, and training. This is essential for the production of components, as we need to understand the specific farming conditions in which agricultural machinery will be used,» said Andrei Kuznetsov.

The multi‑brand centre was established in Ust‑Labinsk, Krasnodar Region, on the premises of the Kuban combine‑harvester factory. The factory has been in operation since 2023 with a 750‑square‑metre manufacturing workshop already built on site. By December 2025, production of combine harvesters and machinery for harvesting grain, sunflowers, and maize had reached more than 230 units.
