Krasnodar Region leads Russia in winery visits

In 2025, the region welcomed 750,000 wine tourists who visited more than 50 wine estates, ranging from large, historic estates to small, family-run businesses.

The Krasnodar Region is home to the «Wine Routes of the Krasnodar Region» national tourist route, which stretches for 528 km and brings together 19 wineries. Last year, Russian wineries received over one million visitors. The popularity of wine tourism in the country is on the rise.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, wine tourism enables visitors to explore grape cultivation and winemaking as well as learn about regional traditions, culture, and cuisine. Experts predict that interest in visiting wineries will continue to grow.
