In Kuban, the production of cognac for 5 months of 2023 increased by 1.5 times

In the Krasnodar Territory, 43 thousand decalitres of cognac were produced from January to May 2023, which is 46.8% higher than in the same period last year.
The Russian Federation produced 3.1 million decalitres of cognac in the first five months of 2023. In total, 1.2 million decaliters of alcoholic beverages were produced in Kuban (without beer, beer-based drinks, cider, poiret and mead).
It should be noted that the total volume of wine production in the Krasnodar Territory from January to June 2023 decreased by 10.4% compared to the same period in 2022.
